YACHT PHOTOGRAPHER

As a yacht photographer, I love capturing these magnificent vessels' unique beauty and elegance. Yachts provide a refreshing and dynamic environment far from traditional land-based shoots, making the work exciting and creatively fulfilling. Shooting on a yacht comes with challenges, such as managing reflections, dealing with movement, and working with bolted elements—making staging much more limited. However, these complexities offer incredible opportunities for creating stunning images and expanding to different horizons. Post-production is often more extensive, requiring adjustments to lighting, fixing reflections, or even altering views, especially when yachts are photographed docked instead of sailing. Despite the differences, yacht photography shares many similarities with land photography—knowing how to adapt to each situation is key to producing optimal and breathtaking results.
