Bolshakova Interiors - Limassol Marina

Project Description:

The luxurious three-bedroom apartment in Limassol, Cyprus, designed by Bolshakova Interiors, embodies a modern Mediterranean aesthetic with minimalist-chic influences. Inspired by the island’s natural beauty, the design features a soft palette of beige tones, complemented by materials such as marble, walnut parquet, and custom Italian textiles.

Key elements include a reconfigured layout for improved functionality, a sleek, minimalist kitchen, and bespoke furniture designed to create cohesion throughout the space. The apartment’s standout feature is its expansive sea-view terrace, offering a calm outdoor setting with elegant, contemporary furnishings.

The Shoot:

Working with Nataly on this high-rise seaside project was a fantastic experience. Her design responded perfectly to both the architecture and the surrounding landscape, making the process visually engaging from the start. Projects like this, where interiors are closely connected to both the structure and the location, benefit from a careful balance between interior detail and exterior context.

Over two days, we styled and refined each area, using supplemental lighting to bring out the textures, depth, and colour of the interiors. The natural Mediterranean light played a key role, moving beautifully through the space and enhancing the overall atmosphere at different times of day. Bathrooms were fully lit to maintain consistency and avoid a flat result.

Post-production was detailed and rewarding, focusing on achieving a polished, high-end finish while preserving the space's natural warmth. The final images capture both the design and its setting, reflecting a clean, considered approach to interior photography that extends across London-based interior photography projects and international residential work.
