I started my journey by photographing interior design projects in London before branching out into other types of built-environment projects. Being an interior photographer in London has been an incredible experience, filled with talented designers who explore a range of styles and moods, keeping the work fresh and exciting over the years.

As an interior photographer, I enjoy working closely with designers and stylists to capture the true essence of great design. I focus on how form, function, and aesthetics combine seamlessly. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring that every composition is the best it can be. I take the necessary time for each shot, ensuring that elements like furniture and accessories are perfectly staged to create a balanced, natural image. This way, the viewer’s eye can move freely around the photograph without distraction. Details such as materials, textures, and the interplay of light and shadow are all carefully considered and highlighted to tell a compelling story about the designer’s vision. Whether it’s a wide shot or a close-up detail, my goal is always to create images my clients will proudly showcase.

Many of my works have been featured in major magazines worldwide, which has provided me with a solid understanding of what these publications seek. I deliver magazine-ready images as a standard for my clients. Sometimes, when clients are absent during the shoot, I’m comfortable capturing striking images independently. In post-production, I go the extra mile to deliver highly polished yet natural-looking photographs. This includes removing distractions and fine-tuning aspects like colour, contrast, and lighting to enhance the design elements. I ensure that textures, materials, and spatial relationships are clearly visible, resulting in a polished and inviting final outcome.

For larger projects requiring higher-level production, I can assemble the right team to help us provide coverage of everything from pre-production to post-production and timely final delivery. I use the newest generation tools to facilitate my clients with an efficient, well-planned, transparent, collaborative photography approach. Working with the largest iPad, wirelessly tethered to the camera, will not tie us down to a stationary laptop, forcing us to imagine how the elements will look as we move them into place for each composition. Using the live view, we can stage and style the space, move freely as we see things develop on the screen in real time, and capture and review the images from a distance or even another room. Using a Sun Surveyor, we can determine the best time to document each space based on where the sun rays will fall to ensure the best lighting conditions for each photograph. This way, we can be quick on our feet and be organized regarding the shooting schedule, as time is often of the essence for light availability and location access. Timely deliveries and meeting critical deadlines are something I am very comfortable with. My ability to dynamic in my approach to work has solidified me as a leading London interiors photographer.

The work on-site is only half of the picture. Post-production is crucial for producing high-end results for an architecture and interior design photographer. This is where each image will be finessed to perfection, removing distractions, balancing the colour consistency, ensuring no windows or light fixtures are blown out, and all the horizontals and verticals are perfectly straight. We can often solve significant on-site problems, altering reality in post-production to help you with unforeseen circumstances that would otherwise take away from the image's full potential. Light layers will be blended where needed to add depth and texture throughout the scene, and subtle colour grading will be done for the final polished look. I will always strive for the best possible results and aim for the highest post-production standards, producing graphical, clean images with a timeless appeal.

Video production is an increasingly sought-after way to present interior and architectural design projects. It adds another dimension to your portfolio and evokes a sense of depth while showcasing carefully selected angles for an even richer story about your work. We can work together to produce mini-documentaries, project showcases for your website, and tasteful social media videos to enhance your marketing efforts. We can also record sound and interviews for beautiful insights and on-camera stories and create walkthrough tours where you will guide the viewer through your project. Videos can also be delivered as separate clips, allowing for a wide range of publishing, editing, and repurposing possibilities.
